It has a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.9 m and beautiful views, relaxation areas, gardens, a fully equipped veranda, two furnished terraces, an old mill tower, and a barbecue area.<br /><br /> The 200m?? villa is spread over three floors. It has four bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned and located on the first floor; two of them have double beds and one has two single beds. The fourth bedroom, on the first floor, has two single beds and is not air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the first floor. A cot and high chair are available upon request.<br /><br /> The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, satellite TV, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, and a fireplace. There's also a lounge area furnished with a typical Mallorcan sofa, a table with chairs, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen with a vitro hob is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and a fireplace. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.
