A garden, terrace and parking lot are also at your disposal. The small and peaceful holiday park is an ideal destination for exploring the Upper Harz region or for taking long walks in the national park. There is a bicycle rental service, oportunities for fishing (a fee applies) and a pool just 100 meters away. In the hills above the coastal town of Riva Ligure lies the medieval Italian village of Pompeiana, surrounded by olive groves and flowering plants. San Bernardo Mountain protects Pompeiana from cold winds in winter, while during summer it provides the village with a wonderful sea breeze.<br /><br />The Agriturismo of Silvia and Nino is located just outside the center of Pompeiana and consists of several hectares (about 15,000 m??). Here they grow oranges, mandarins, and lemons, but you will also find palm trees on the property. There is also a small vineyard and an area where fruits and vegetables are grown.<br /><br />The owners have four holiday accommodations on the site. The family loves to receive guests, so you can expect a warm welcome, and their service is always excellent and personal.<br /><br />Nearby, you can enjoy country life, with its peace and plenty of fresh air, but you can also go horseback riding, hiking, cycling, and of course, enjoy the sea, which is only 5 minutes away (by car)! Located in the heart of Italy and immersed in its beautiful nature, at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, on Lake Trasimeno, this imposing villa offers cultural and various other attractions to all its guests, of all ages. The residence is a stone's throw away from Cortona (a famous Etruscan town), and impressive art cities such as Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Gubbio, Assisi, Orvieto, etc. are also easy to reach from here.<br />The villa is very much suitable for families, it is surrounded by vast open spaces, it has a large garden (of over 40 meters in width and 60 meters in length) with blooming trees and various plants; there is a beautiful swimming pool (14m x 7m) placed among the greenery, within a walking distance from the sports facilities here.<br />The house has three floors and its surface has been divided into several newly built apartments. Upon entering the building's large door you will find a marble staircase leading you to each different floor. Then there are three doors, one on each floor for each apartment. On one side of the house, a small alley allows cars to access an underground parking.<br />Each apartment has a large furnished terrace with two hammocks, a sun lounger and a sun umbrella. The owner also has a large garden which can be used by guests.
