The farm is situated on a plot of 70,000 m2, which has fruit trees and chickens. The privacy of the property is total. There is a saltwater pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. Around this pool, there are 8 deck chairs and an umbrella for you to relax while sunbathing. Right in front of the pool, there is a covered area with a sink and several cupboards, where you can prepare small snacks by the pool. There is a 700 m2 terrace, which is also furnished.

A barbecue area with garden furniture and sink is ideal for large evenings. The private chlorine pool has a size of 7 x 4 meters and a depth between 1.5 and 2 meters. It is oriented to the west so you can observe the mountains while swimming. On the pool terrace you will find among other seating areas also 4 sun loungers and there is a garden shower. Thanks to the hedges, the pool is a private place although there are direct neighbours. The plot is fenced. The interior is simple and functional. You enter in the living - dining area with a small sofa, satellite TV, CD and DVD player, wood stove and dining table for 6 people. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven and all the necessary utensils you need for cooking, during your stay. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Perfect for 6 guests, the house has 3 bedrooms. 2 of them are furnished with 1 double bed each, the 3rd has 2 single beds. All bed rooms have a wardrobe (each). A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, the other with bath tub, for all guests. On very hot summer days 3 fans provide cooling. Embedded in a beautiful rural setting, this country house is 2.8 km from the small town of B??ger where time seems standing still. There are a few restaurants and bars in the center and more services can be found in the neighbouring town Sa Pobla. Each Saturday you can visit B??gers' weekly market, buy fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy a small piece of village life. Surroundings are very nice for hiking and cycling and you could visit the Tramuntanta mountain range nearby. The Caves of Campanet and the subterranean springs Ses Fonts Ufanes are 11 km from the house. A car is necessary and in a 30 minutes' drive you reach lovely beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alc??dia or Playa de Muro. Pets are allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
