This beautiful villa is part of a large 2000m2 park situated on the crest of a hill near a chestnut forest in the village of Valcanina Sassetta. The park contains many species of plants and is classified as a botanical garden. The house is situated at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level and is only 800 meters from the village of Sassetta where you will find everything you need such as a mini-supermarket, restaurants and coffee bars. The sea and beach of Marina di Castagneto is 12 km away and helps make this area an ideal destination for a complete and relaxing holiday. This recently renovated house is luxurious and comfortable and has been divided into three apartments - a large apartment on the first floor and two spacious apartments on the ground floor. The floors are bright, like the lining of the kitchens and bathrooms and all apartments have a friendly and fresh authentic appearance. Guests can use the large swimming pool which is also available for guests of the adjacent villa. From all apartments you have a beautiful view of the ???Pian delle Vigne??? valley and the surrounding villages. The apartments on the ground floor can be connected by way of a door, so if you have a large family or are vacationing with a larger group, these are ideal. There is ample private parking available.

The villa is in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Buganville and Camelia, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.<br />Barbecue and parking space for 2 cars.

This beautiful apartment is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. It lies just 20 meters from one of the beaches of northern Tuscany. This apartment is located on the third (and top floor) of a building which is part of an apartment complex equipped with lifts, a few small shops, a hotel and a bar. At a distance of approximately 1000 meters there is a second beach that is open to the public. The owner offers a total of 3 private apartments. From these apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. To your left you will see the island of Elba while straight ahead lie the islands of Capraia and Corsica, and to the right, the island of Gorgona. On clear days you can even see as far as the Costa Azzurra. The charming village of Marina di Castagneto Carducci has everything you need such as boutiques, jewelers, restaurants and coffee bars. You can reach the beach through a door on the ground floor of the apartment building. There is a shower (outside) directly on the route to and from the beach. Cars can be parked on one of the many side streets near the building (note: during high season you need a parking sticker). There is the opportunity to park (by request; for free) at a private villa which is about 300 meters from the complex.

<p>Holiday park Grafschaft Bentheim is located near the town of Uelsen, just 4 kilometers from the Dutch border, in the wooded area of the county of Bentheim. The slightly sloping landscape offers many opportunities for extensive walking and cycling. The park is an ideal holiday destination for families with young children, but also for nature lovers.<br /><br />Behind the park you can walk straight into the forest. Do you want to swim? This is possible in the nearby swimming pools (2.5 km), where you can enjoy hours of water fun. You can cycle beautifully in the wooded area. At the reception you can get information about cycling and walking routes. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are available. If you want to wash, make an appointment at the reception. The washroom is open like the reception.<br />There is a large adventure playground 500 m from the park where children can play for free. Wi-Fi internet is available, with possible fluctuations in the house. Unfortunately, not all houses have Wi-Fi internet. Working online or downloading files is unfortunately not possible. Wi-Fi is only suitable for messenger services such as WhatsApp.</p>

In the hills above the coastal resort of Riva Ligure Pompeiana is a small medieval village surrounded by olive gardens, flowers, plants and vegetable gardens. In summer Mount San Bernardo provides Pompeiana with a wonderful cool breeze and in winter it offers protection from cold winter winds. The agro-tourism of Silvia and Nino is situated just outside the center of Pompeiana. Here there are palm, mandarin and lemon trees. The area consists of a few hectares, or about 15,000 m2. There is a small wine garden and vegetables and fruit are grown here as well. The owner has four apartments on the premises. The family loves to receive guests, so you will enjoy a warm welcome and are sure to receive truly excellent personal care. In the immediate environment you can enjoy the country life with lots of peace and quiet as well as fresh air. You can go riding, walking, cycling or drive to the sea, which is only 5 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Riva Ligure are nice and clean. The rocks around the beach are wonderful for sunbathing or diving in the clear blue Ligurian Sea. In Riva Ligure you can sail, surf or scuba dive.
