De Sparta E-motion C3 is een E-Bike met een voorwiel motor. Haar systeem is simpel en effectief en hoofdzakelijk voorzien van een Nexus 8 versnellingsnaaf. De E-motion C3 serie is voorzien van een verende voorvork en verende zadelpen. Ook zijn de dames modellen van de C3 serie voorzien van een iets lagere instap dan die van haar C2 zusje.
