<p>The complex lies in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, amidst olive trees and oak woods, and is located just 3 km from Colle di Val d'Elsa, at a distance of 13 km from San Gimignano, 15 km from Siena and 45 km from Florence.<br /> It was built in the 80's and was recently renovated in the typical local style. The building was converted into two apartments, a large one (villa) and a smaller one (two-room).<br /> In the spacious garden of the house, surrounded by olive trees, guests will find a swimming pool where they can relax and sunbathe, plus there is also the opportunity to go for long walks (in the woods, olive groves and vineyards) and hiking, even with a guide.<br /> The apartments are surrounded by plants and a garden which is furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue.<br /> On our premises, upon request, you can book a lunch or a dinner with personal chef at your home, who can also give lessons on traditional Tuscan cuisine.</p>
