The villa is in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Buganville and Camelia, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. San Bernardo Mountain protects Pompeiana from cold winds in winter, while during summer it provides the village with a wonderful sea breeze.<br /><br />The Agriturismo of Silvia and Nino is located just outside the center of Pompeiana and consists of several hectares (about 15,000 m??). Here they grow oranges, mandarins, and lemons, but you will also find palm trees on the property. There is also a small vineyard and an area where fruits and vegetables are grown.<br /><br />The owners have four holiday accommodations on the site.
