The villa is in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Buganville and Camelia, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.<br />Barbecue and parking space for 1 car.

The center of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is about 8 kilometers away (by car) and has beautiful sandy beaches, a fishing port and cozy restaurants.
