Welcome to this wonderful villa with private access to the sea in Playas de Muro. It is prepared for 10 persons + 2 extra.<br/>The fabulous outdoor area counts with a huge green area with trees. Breathe the mediterranean athmosphere, relaxing on one of the 6 sun loungers. There is a 20m2 porch with a table and 4 chairs, as well as an 80m2 fully-furnished porch with a large table with enough chairs to enjoy long evenings with friends and family. At th 1st floor, you will find a big, unfurnished terrace with stairs leading down to the garden. The 500m2 2-storey house counts with 5 bedrooms, all on the first floor: 4 with a double bed (one of them with an en-suite bath room with a bath tub) and 1 with two individual beds. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on two individual folding beds. On request, there are two baby beds and a highchair available. There are three bathrooms for general use: 1 on the ground floor with a shower and 2 on the 1st floor (1 with a bath tub and 1 guest room). The entrance of the house is spectacular: a huge hall with a wide marble staircase and decorated with beautiful green plants. On the ground floor, you will find the spatious living- and dining room, with it's huge dining table and enough chairs for the whole family. The living room counts with sofas and arm chairs, as well as a television. On the 1st floor, there is another furnished living room. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A small path leads from the house to the beach. The fine, white sandy beach of Alc??dia covers quite a few kilometres, all the way from the harbour of Alc??dia to Can Picafort. Nearby, you will find the beach of Playa dels Capellans, where you can enjoy a paella or a cocktail in any of the well-known beach bars, while watching the sundawn. Nearby, you will find some interesting places to visit, as, for example, the Albufera wetland, Pollen??a with it's cozy town square and the Calvari stairs, and small, quiet seaside villages as Col??nia the Sant Pere. Don't forget to visit Alc??dia's old town, with it's cobbled streets, the church and the ruins of the old roman city and amphitheater. Tuesdays and Sundays there is a market in Alcudia and the village transforms into a bustling and vibrant place. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor parking space for 2 cars. There is a beautiful garden with a lemon tree, from which you can catch fresh lemons in season, and a 100 m2 wooden deck around the pool, which at the same time is surrounded by 100 m2 of lawn. The private saltwater pool of 10 x 4 m (with 1.1 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.85 m at the deep end), located in the middle of nature, is superb. In the pool area, there are four loungers for sunbathing. The house owners will leave pool towels for our guests. Kids will find some toys for playing in the pool. Just off the living-dining room, you will find a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy great evenings with family and friends. It also has a barbecue.
