The villa is in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Buganville and Camelia, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.<br />Barbecue and parking space for 2 cars.

This apartment is located on the third (and top floor) of a building which is part of an apartment complex equipped with lifts, a few small shops, a hotel and a bar. At a distance of approximately 1000 meters there is a second beach that is open to the public. The landlord rents a total of 3 private apartments. From these apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. To your left you will see the island of Elba while straight ahead lie the islands of Capraia and Corsica, and to the right, the island of Gorgona. On clear days you can even see as far as the Costa Azzurra. The charming village of Marina di Castagneto Carducci has everything you need such as boutiques, jewelers, restaurants and coffee bars. You can reach the beach through a door on the ground floor of the apartment building. There is a shower (outside) directly on the route to and from the beach. Cars can be parked on one of the many side streets near the building (note: during high season you need a parking sticker). There is the opportunity to park (by request; for free)near the villa.

This holiday park lies on the Atlantic Coast and contains very comfortable holiday apartments, villas and cottages. The center of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is about 8 kilometers away (by car) and has beautiful sandy beaches, a fishing port and cozy restaurants. The holiday park is located on the edge of an 18-hole golf course and features a beautifully landscaped pool and stables. The area has more than 300 kilometers of cycling paths and hiking trails. Wi-Fi internet is available, with possible fluctuations in the house. Unfortunately, not all houses have Wi-Fi internet. Working online or downloading files is unfortunately not possible.
