It has a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.9 m and beautiful views, relaxation areas, gardens, a fully equipped veranda, two furnished terraces, an old mill tower, and a barbecue area.<br /><br /> The 200m?? villa is spread over three floors. It has four bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned and located on the first floor; two of them have double beds and one has two single beds. The fourth bedroom, on the first floor, has two single beds and is not air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the first floor. A cot and high chair are available upon request.<br /><br /> The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, satellite TV, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, and a fireplace. There's also a lounge area furnished with a typical Mallorcan sofa, a table with chairs, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen with a vitro hob is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and a fireplace. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. There is oil-fired central heating throughout the house. There's also an outdoor shower room, perfect for a shower after a swim in the pool.<br /><br /> The house is located in Montu??ri, in a privileged rural setting. It has excellent road connections with many attractions and entertainment options, as well as the nearest beaches. The house is just 1.7 km from the village, where you'll find everything you need during your stay.<br /><br /> Visit the Son Forn??s Museum in Montu??ri, where you'll find pottery, ancient bone and stone tools, and a bronze megalithic artifact. The museum is located in the Molino des Faret (an 18th-century flour mill). You can also visit the Son Forn??s deposit in Montu??ri and the 259-meter-high Sant Miquel Puig; at the summit, you'll find an oratory called Mare de Deu de la Bona Pau.
