Welcome to this beautiful house in the quiet and family residential of El Tosalet, in X??bia, with a wonderful garden and pool, offering accommodation to 6 people.<br /><br />The exterior area is wonderful. There is a large green lawn surrounding the house and the pool, and it is perfect to sit or sunbathe while reading a book or listening to music. There are also 4 sun loungers by the pool for the same purpose. The chlorine pool size is 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 2 metres. It also features an exterior shower. Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the playground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee.

This group of accommodations lies just off the coastal road in the fishing village of Klenovica, between the cities of Novi Vinodolski and Senj. The holiday resort has been here for 30 years and offers lots of space and numerous facilities. Situated on the coast, its long gravel beach makes it ideal for the littlest bathers - perfect for a family vacation in Croatia. In the complex you will find an exchange office, a grocery store and a nice restaurant. The distance from the beach is about 100 meters.

Located in an idyllic spot and overlooking the mountains of Pollensa, this nice villa offers a second home for 6 people.<br /><br />Surrounded by forest and with views of the mountains, this house offers a private salt pool measuring 9m x 4.5m and a depth varying from 0.6m to 1.9m. Our guests love to be outside and swim in the pool, sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers, or have dinner with the whole family. A spacious terrace with outdoor bathroom with shower and two furnished porches, one of them with fixed barbecue, invite you to enjoy your free time. The plot of 2000 m2 is completely fenced and there are some neighbours in the area.
