Fantastic house for 6 people, with a beautiful garden and private pool in the town of Can Picafort.<br /><br />The diversity of greenery around the exterior area of this beautiful house transforms all corners into the perfect places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the views of nature while swimming in the pool or sunbathing on any of the 6 sun loungers or right on the lawn. This is a chlorine pool that is 9 x 4.5 meters and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters. It is possible to set a children's safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy on the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The small-scale family park is located in the heart of the Vulkaneifel where the vast forests, picturesque towns, deep crater lakes, and narrow river valleys determine the image. Particularly due to its unique location, the atmosphere, and the geniality of the park. From the park, which is located on the edge of the town of Gerolstein on a ridge covered with deciduous and coniferous trees, you have a beautiful view of Gerolstein, the rocks, and the Kylldal.
